The Town of Silver Cliff, Marinette County WI, is requesting proposals for a town assessor beginning immediately in the 2024 tax year.  The town’s population in 2024 is 508 with total value of land and improvements of $126,653,400. There are 2082 taxable parcels with 1,214 having improvements.  The Department of Revenue value for 2024 was 197,924,900 putting the town residential class comparison at 59.58%.  The Town requires a total external and informal revaluation by the end of 2025.  Proposals will include maintaining the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, open book and board of review.  The proposal will include data in electronic form. 

Please send your proposal marked “Assessor Proposal” to the Town of Silver Cliff, N11929 County Road I, Silver Cliff WI 54104.  The deadline to submit proposals is July 12th, 2024.
